The purpose of the Voluntary Welsh Bus Quality Standard (VWBQS) proposed by the Bus Policy Advisory Group is to ensure that: a. the quality of local bus services that passengers can reasonably expect are consistently and universally available throughout Wales; and b. local bus operators are encouraged to improve the quality of the services they provide to passengers.
