The research focused on the full end-to-end rail journey, looking in depth at rail travel and when and how challenges and barriers may be experienced by disabled passengers. The research was conducted with disabled passengers and disabled people who do not currently travel by rail. Research participants self-reported disability or an impairment; results are not representative of all disabled people or passengers in Great Britain.
