Closed call for evidence. On 5 July 2023 train operating companies launched consultations on proposed changes to ticket offices across the rail network. The Transport Committee invites written evidence about these proposals, specifically addressing: how they could affect disabled people and passengers with access needs; and what train companies and the Government need to do to ensure that any new arrangements do not reduce access to rail travel.
