Document summary

Technology is increasingly being used to plan, book, pay for and manage journeys. Whilst such innovations are on the increase, so too are the number of older people living in Great Britain. For transport in our society to be accessible to as many people as possible, it is therefore important that older people are able and willing to engage with such technologies. This report was commissioned to both encourage and enable developers and commissioners of customerfacing transport technologies to better consider the needs of older travellers
