Document summary

The existing passenger assistance process is fundamentally flawed and is preventing disabled passengers from accessing the UK rail network. Rail4All is a blend of technology, business change and awareness generation that will positively disrupt the current passenger assistance process. It aims to enable sector-wide changes to reduce barriers to accessibility for people with disabilities, in particular those with less visible impairments. Through the application of mobile technology, we intend to deliver an ‘uber’ and ‘lyft’ approach to booking, acknowledging, managing and executing passenger assistance requests.
