Document summary
The organisations responsible for operating railway stations produce a ‘Disabled People’s Protection Policy’ (DPPP). Our DPPP is made up of this document and ‘Making Rail Accessible: Guide to Policies and Practices’, available on our website. This document also explains how we are working to make our station services more accessible and how we support the interests of people who are disabled or may have difficulty accessing services or facilities at railway stations. It has been produced in accordance with guidance produced by the Department for Transport (DfT) ‘How to Write your Disabled People’s Protection Policy: A Guide for Train and Station Operators’ and approved by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR).
