Everyone at ncat is looking forward to spending the day tomorrow with industry professionals, policy makers and disabled people’s organisations at the Accessible Transport Summit, Wednesday 11th September from 10.30am to 4.30pm. In a first of its kind event, ncat is bringing together these groups to make commitments to bring about real change and improvement to transport so that it is accessible to all.
We will be facilitating discussions on topics such as the barriers that disabled people face when getting around such as obstacles on the street, poorly designed pavements, as well as how other people think and behave towards them.
