Paul Herriotts represented ncat at Motability Foundation’s User Research Grants event earlier this month on July 2nd in London. The event was a chance to review the findings and recommendations from five research projects into disability and transport that the Motability Foundation had funded through its User Research Grants programme. The charities that presented were Autistic Minds, Bus Users, Transport for All, Visionary and Wheelchair Alliance.
Ncat were invited to hear more about what work is going on in the sector and to build relationships with organisations who are also working towards the goal of making transport in the UK more accessible for all.
Herriotts says: “I was delighted to attend the event to hear the outputs from the varied transport accessibility projects funded by the Motability Foundation as part of their user research grants scheme, and to have the opportunity to reflect on the presentations and inform the facilitated discussion sessions held in the afternoon.”
